N-IT / CTO advisory
Better technical decisions. A clearer direction.
Technical leadership for founders and businesses that need sound decisions before adding a full-time executive role.
01 / What needs to change
Technology choices become business constraints. Vendor lock-in, rushed hiring and unclear delivery ownership are expensive to unwind later.

A founder’s architecture and hiring roadmap for moving from a prototype to a maintainable product.
Where this fits
Pricing
Every proposal defines deliverables, exclusions and assumptions. Final pricing follows an agreed scope. FinTech, security testing and enterprise architecture are individually quoted.
PricingGood questions. Clear answers.
Is this a full-time engagement?
The cadence is agreed around your decisions and team. It can be a focused review or recurring advisory work, with explicit responsibilities and deliverables.
What do you need to estimate the work?
A description of your users, current workflow, constraints and desired outcome. We validate uncertain integrations during discovery, then document deliverables, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
Who owns the code and delivery decisions?
Ownership, third-party licenses and handover terms are written into the agreement. Human engineers review implementation and own technical decisions; AI assistance does not remove that responsibility.
