NIZOM’S IT COMPANY

N-IT / IT audit

Know what you have. Decide what comes next.

Independent reviews of architecture, code and delivery practices that turn uncertainty into a prioritized technical plan.

Discuss the scopeClear scope. Human accountability.

01 / What needs to change

Slow delivery may come from architecture, tooling or unclear ownership. Rewriting everything before identifying the constraint creates another expensive problem.

What we deliver

  1. 01

    Architecture and dependency review

  2. 02

Code quality, technical debt and maintainability assessment

  3. 03

Delivery pipeline and operational risk review

  4. 04

Prioritized remediation roadmap and decision workshop

02 / The engineering approach

We agree on access, systems and questions first. Findings distinguish observed evidence from hypotheses and include practical actions, trade-offs and limits of the review.

03 / From discovery to operation

SOLUTION CONCEPT · NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY

A focused assessment of a legacy ordering platform before deciding between incremental modernization and replacement.

Pricing

Every proposal defines deliverables, exclusions and assumptions. Final pricing follows an agreed scope. FinTech, security testing and enterprise architecture are individually quoted.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Is an audit the same as penetration testing?

No. An IT audit reviews agreed technical evidence and practices. Intrusive security testing is a separate engagement with written authorization and a precise scope.

What do you need to estimate the work?

A description of your users, current workflow, constraints and desired outcome. We validate uncertain integrations during discovery, then document deliverables, exclusions and acceptance criteria.

Who owns the code and delivery decisions?

Ownership, third-party licenses and handover terms are written into the agreement. Human engineers review implementation and own technical decisions; AI assistance does not remove that responsibility.
